INDICATIONS:
Losartan Potassium should be used in the management of hypertension, particularly in patients who develop cough with ACE inhibitors and to reduce risk of stroke in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy, and in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
PRECAUTIONS:
Losartan Potassium (Qxar) should be used with care. It should be used with caution in patients with renal artery stenosis. Reduced doses may be required in patients with renal or hepatic impairment. Patients with volume depletion may experience hypotension.
DOSAGE:
Usual dose: 50 mg once daily, or as prescribed by physician.
CAUTION:
Foods, Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics Act prohibits dispensing without prescription.
STORAGE:
Store at temperatures not exceeding 30℃. Protect from light.
